Terms of Service

Effective September 18, 2026.

These Terms are an agreement between you and E2U Essentials Marketplace LLC ("E2U") for use of E2U Freight: the Driver, Broker and Fleet apps and the website.

1. What E2U is and is not

E2U Freight is a technology marketplace and load board. E2U is not a motor carrier or freight broker, does not transport cargo, and is not a party to transportation contracts between users. Carriers remain responsible for their operating authority, insurance, regulatory compliance and operational control.

E2U does not sell, rent or lease operating authority, MC numbers or USDOT numbers. Carrier / Owner-Operator Lease Connections introduce owner-operators and carriers; any lease is a direct agreement between them and must comply with 49 CFR Part 376 and applicable state law. A signed lease is not active until the carrier confirms the owner-operator has been added to its insurance and activates the relationship.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. Business information you give us (authority numbers, insurance, credentials) must be accurate and kept current. We may verify it against public records, restrict features while we review it and suspend accounts that fail checks or appear fraudulent.

3. Your responsibilities

• Carriers and drivers are responsible for operating authority, insurance, licensing, hours of service, vehicle safety, permits and every other legal requirement for the freight they haul.
• Brokers are responsible for their broker authority, bond, payment of carriers and the accuracy of the loads they post.
• Rates, detention, layover, TONU, lumper and other charges are agreed and paid between the parties. E2U records them for reference only and does not bill, collect or guarantee them.
• Do not post false loads, misuse other users' information, contact users to avoid connection fees, or use the service for anything unlawful.

4. Fees

• Driver Load Board subscription: $99.00 per month unless a promotion applies. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Carrier connection fee: $79.00 paid by each side after both confirm interest; contact details are released only when both fees are paid. If the other side does not pay within the payment window, your fee is refunded.
• Fleet plans: priced per active truck, as shown before purchase.
• Posting loads is free for verified brokers. Prices may change with notice before your next billing period. Purchases made through Apple or Google are also governed by that store's terms.

5. Content and documents

You keep ownership of what you upload and give E2U permission to store, process and display it to operate the service. Documents are shown only to parties involved in the related load or connection and to E2U staff.

6. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is". E2U does not guarantee the accuracy of user or public-record information, the availability of loads or trucks, or the performance or payment of any user. To the fullest extent the law allows, E2U is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, cargo loss or damage, accidents, or disputes between users, and E2U's total liability is limited to the fees you paid E2U in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time in the app or at https://e2ufreight.e2udelivery.com/account/delete. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

8. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which E2U Essentials Marketplace LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: etoo@artisanalblendsbye2.com.
